I don't know how to add to my previous review or update it but I received a call with an explanation, within an hour of my review, of a glitch in the system. They advised I return the products and they will give me a refund. I was impressed. They were on top of it and willilng to help. Very grateful. Will be shopping here again. This kind of service is top notch and nearly impossible to find. I give you 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Happy until Disappointed

I just found these towels and absolutely fell in love. However I bought way too many, WAY! So I chose around 25 of my favorites and wanted to return the rest. The return policy states that you have 14 days for a full refund and between 15-30 days for an instore credit. I bought Halloween and Christmans towels. I am at the 17 day mark and thought thats ok, I'll buy some other ones thru the other holidays with my credit. But when I went to return the Halloween towels it stated they were a final sale. I did not buy at discount and nothing stated final sale. I paid full price. They clearly do not stand by their policy. NOW I have become very disenchanted with this brand. I will not be buying from tham again.
